Bob Seger and The Silver Bullet Band will once again deliver their thunderous rock and roll show to major cities across North America beginning in March. Dates will be announced shortly. The upcoming tour marks the first time since the Fall of 2006 that the Grammy Award-winning Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee will embark on a major venue tour. Fans can expect to see and hear Seger’s timeless classics like “Night Moves” and “Old Time Rock & Roll” alongside a preview of new songs from his forthcoming as yet untitled new release. Seger and his Silver Bullet Band’s legendary live performances led to record sales in excess of 50 million including 11 platinum and seven multi-platinum RIAA-certified album sales awards. Seger holds the distinction in 2010 for the #1 Catalog Album of the Decade for his Greatest Hits, which has sold over nine million copies (U.S.A.) to date, posting an unbroken 16-year streak on Billboard’s Top 200 Albums and Catalog Albums charts. His November 2009 Early Seger Vol. 1 CD, a collection of remastered and previously unreleased tracks, garnered rave reviews and has underscored Seger’s reputation as one of the great American artists and songwriters.
