As part of the Blue Note Jazz festival, Beach Boys co-founder Brian Wilson performed at New York City’s Highline Ballroom before a sea of gray-haired fans enthusiastic about doing the hippy hippy shake to classic hits like “California Girls,” “Help Me Rhonda,” and “Heroes and Villains.”

Linfinity are a New York City based group of musicians who helped form a band around enigmatic front man Dylan Von Wagner. The initial impetus behind the endeavor could best be described as a spark, or the clicking on of a light bulb.

I never would have thought that 10 years down the road my adrenaline filled body would be standing front and center at New York City’s majestic Highline Ballroom watching a mature Jakob Dylan perform “6th Avenue Heartache” before a sea of lively fans.
